Remove any leaves that would be under the water
level.
While holding the stem end underwater cut about
1/2
inch off ... an angled cut is best.
Place flowers in a clean vase
of warm water to which floral preservative has been added.
If possible, leave them in a cool room to 'condition' for 2
to 4 hours.

Do not place flowers on or
near heat sources such as televisions, appliances or in
front of a sunny window.
Remember to check water
daily. You may need to add or even replace water.
Every 3-4 days
a complete change of water and a fresh cut of the stems will prolong the vase
life.
